The Eurasian Economists Association charges USD 100 (a hundred US dollars) as the application fee for each article submitted to the Journal of Eurasian Economies to be evaluated for release, in order to support the publication process and the open access property on the web. This fee is to be paid at the time of the application, and is not refunded to the author(s) regardless of the acceptance or the rejection outcome for the release of that corresponding article.

In the case that all of the authors of an article are members of the Eurasian Economists Association, the application fee is waived. In order to obtain this waiver, none of the authors must have any membership fees due to the association. Invited papers are also exampt from the application fee.
