Blokzincir Çerçevesinde Merkeziyetsiz Finans Uygulamalar?
Özet
Küresel çapta 2008 y?l?nda ya?anan ekonomik kriz sonras?, bankalara ve büyük finansal kurulu?lara duyulan güvenin azalmas?, ve geli?en teknolojinin kullan?c? deneyimini iyile?tirmesi gibi etkenler finans endüstrisine yeni oyuncular?n ve yeni giri?imlerin dahil olmas?na yol açm??t?r. Böylece banka ve finans sektörü için, ilginin alternatif bankac?l?k ve finansman ürünlerine çevrildi?i, ve teknoloji ?irketlerinin portföylerine blokzincir teknolojisini kullanan yeni finansal ürünler eklendi?i yeni bir dönem ba?lam??t?r. Blokzincir, kriptografi bilimi sayesinde güvenilir bir kay?t hizmeti sunan, da??t?k ve merkezi olmayan bir veri taban?n? kullanan, tüm payda?lara aç?k ve ?effaf olan, ve böylece tüm taraflar?n do?rulama yapmas?na imkan tan?yan yenilikçi bir teknolojidir. Bu teknoloji, merkezi bir otoriteye ve bankalar gibi arac? platformlara olan ihtiyac? ortadan kald?rmak suretiyle, hem i?lem maliyetlerini azaltmakta, hem de h?zl?, güvenilir ve etkin yeni bir altyap? ve sistem sunmaktad?r. Blokzincirin esas uygulamas?, öncelikle ilk kripto para olan bitcoin örne?i ve ard?ndan ç?kan di?er kripto paralar yoluyla, finansal enstrümanlarda kendini göstermi?tir. Dünyan?n dijital dönü?üm yolunda h?zla ilerledi?i bu dönemde, blokzincir teknolojisi, veri ve ekonomik varl?k aktar?m?n?n kav?ak noktas? ve saklama merkezi altyap?s? olabilme gayretindedir. Blokzincir kullan?m?n?n yayg?nla?mas? ve "merkezi olmayan finans (DeFi)" gibi yeni uygulamalar?n geli?tirilmesi neticesinde, bunlar?n geleneksel finans ve bankac?l?k sistemlerinin yerini al?p alamayaca??, ve DeFi’ye olan ilginin göstergeleri aras?nda say?lan, bu platformlarda tutulan toplam kilitli de?erin (TVL) gelece?e yönelik yapay sinir a?lar? algoritmalar? yard?m?yla tahmini, bu çal??man?n de?erlendirme konusudur.

Decentralized Finance Applications via Blockchain
Abstract
After the global economic crisis in 2008, factors such as the declining trust in banks and large financial institutions, and the improvements of user experience due to technological developments gave rise to participation of new players and new initiatives in the finance industry. Thus, a new era has begun for the banking and finance sector, with increased interest in alternative banking and finance products, and new financial products using blockchain technology emerged in the portfolios of technology companies. Blockchain is an innovative technology that provides a reliable recording service via cryptography science, and that utilizes a distributed and decentralized database, which is open and transparent to all stakeholders; thereby enabling all parties to verify its integrity. This technology, by eliminating the need for a central authority and for intermediary platforms such as banks, not only reduces transaction costs, but also provides a fast, reliable and efficient new infrastructure and system. The main application of blockchain has manifested itself in financial instruments, primarily with the example of bitcoin, known as the first cryptocurrency, and then with other cryptocurrencies. In a world rapidly advancing on the path of digital transformation, the blockchain technology strives to become the junction point of data and economic asset transfer and the infrastructure of storage center. As a result of the widespread use of blockchain and the development of new applications such as "decentralized finance (DeFi)", whether or not these can replace traditional financial and banking systems, and the total locked value (TVL) held on these platforms, which is among the indicators of the hype in DeFi. forecasting TVL with the help of future artificial neural networks algorithms, is the subject of the evaluation of this study.
